摘要
基于传统硬充电策略,提出了一种计及系统潮流约束和节点电压约束的柴油发电机和储能单元的复杂协调运行策略,该协调运行策略综合考虑优化中压微网的经济性、环保性和可靠性,以寻求独立微电网中分布式电源和储能单元的最优容量和最优接入位置。最后以某社区电网作为研究对象,开展了全寿命周期内的准稳态仿真分析,验证了所提出的优化规划模型及改进协调运行策略的实用性,得到了合理可行的系统规划方案。
Based on the traditional bard-cycle operation strategy, a modified coordinated operation strategy of ESS and diesel generators considering power flow and node voltage constraints is proposed. With the modified coordinated operation strategy, a new optimal planning model considering economic, environmental and reliability benefits is proposed, for the purpose of searching the optimal site and capacity of distributed generations and ESS in the system. The proposed optimal planning model and the modified operation strategy are applied to the stand-alone microgrid of a aboriginal community to demonstrate its reasonability and effectiveness.
