On the Internal Structure of Political Will:Based on the Political Practice of the Communist Party of China

政治意志力是指在政治意志行动中,政治活动主体(即个人、组织、国家等国内/国际社会中的社会活动主体)有意识地定个政治目标,并基于政治目标调节自已的政治行动,克服种种困难,去努力实现预期政治目标的心理认知能力。政治意志力的内在结构要素有政治决心、政治恒心和政治信心,它们之间相互作用、相互渗透,共同制约着政治活动主体的政治意志行动,政治决心、政治恒心和政治信心共同构成或作用着政治意志行动中政治活动主体的政治意志力。

The political willpower refers to the political will in action. The main political activities （i.e., individuals, organizations and countries such as domestic / international society of social activities） consciously set a political goal and based on political goals, to regulate their political action, to overcome the difficulties, psychological cognitive ability so as to achieve the expected goal of the political. The internal structural elements of political will have political decision, political stability and political confidence, which interact, interpenetrate each other and mutually restrict the political activities of the main political will and political action. Political determination, perseverance and confidence together constitute a political role or political activities of the main political will in action the political willpower.
