以患者和家庭为中心的护理模式是一种尊重和响应患者的喜好、需求和价值观念以确保患者的价值观念,指导所有临床决策的一种护理模式。它在美国经过数十年的发展已逐步走向美国医学教育事业。描述以患者和家庭为中心(PFCC)模式的产生与发展及其在美国医学教育中的应用,希望对我国全科医学教育提供一些启示。

Patient and Family Centered Care is a care model where patients preference, needs and values are taken into consideration in all clinical decision. This model has decades of history and has been written into textbooks. This paper describes the origins and development of PFCC and its role in medical education. Hopefully, this paper can provide lessons for Chinese general practice education.
