摘要
探讨临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养模式改革在外科教学中的运行机制与意义。通过对培养模式改革在外科教学中的初期成效进行分析,与传统培养模式在理论知识学习、临床实践能力、科研能力、医德医风、医患沟通等方面进行对比。明确临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养规范化目标,探讨适宜的培养机制与模式。
We explores the training mode reform in surgical teaching graduate students majored in clinical medicine and its significance. Through the analysis on the early results of training mode reform in clinical medicine teaching, combined with comparison with that of the tradi- tion mode in aspects of theoretical knowledge, clinical practice ability, scientific research ability, medical ethics, doctor-patient communication etc. The standardization for cultivating the graduate students majored in clinical medicine postgraduate education are clearly defined and culti- vation mechanism and the suitable model are discussed.
