山西省高校工科毕业生就业满意度调查分析

摘要 文中以山西省工科院校为样本,从影响就业的投入产出因素角度,对2016年应届毕业生就业满意度做了调查分析。结果显示,毕业生不满意因素要比很满意因素多,一般满意因素要比满意因素多。在分析基础上,提出了提升工科毕业生满意度的措施,包括加强工程技术教育,制定留住人才相关措施,增加招聘会的数量,提高招聘会的质量,加大多渠道拓展就业途径的力度。 Based on samples selected from some engineering colleges in Shanxi, a survey on employment satisfaction for graduates in 2016 was conducted from the view of the input - output factors that influence employment. Results showed that, with regard to the employment, the factors of dissatisfaction were more than the satisfying ones, and the factors of moderate satisfaction were more than the ones of satisfaction. On the basis of this analysis, some measures are put forward to improve the satisfaction of engineering graduates, including strengthening engineering education, adopting measures for retaining talents, increasing the number of job fairs and improving their quality, and enhancing the effort in expanding em- ployment channels.
