Collected Annotations on Analects of Confucius by ZHU Xi is the most popular and influential commentary of Analects of Confucius, because it embodies the inheritance and development of Confucian thoughts on benevolence and etiquette （also Ren and Li） by ZHU Xi. ＂Four evaluations of GUAN Zhong＂ in the work contains the largest space about Confucius＇s commentary on people in Analects of Confucius, so analyzing this commentary will help us to have a better understanding about his philosophical thought and have a preliminary impression on his habit on commenting classical text.
