江西高职院校单独招生考试的问题与对策

On the Problems in Exclusive Recruit Examination for Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province and the Countermeasures

在探讨近现代意义上单独招生考试的源起与发展的基础上,发现江西省高职院校单独招生考试存在限制性与公平性、科学性与自主性、竞争度与公信度、成本与效率、优质生源需求与供给的矛盾。急需完善相关法律法规,加强考试的宏观指导;设立监督机构,确保招生过程的公平公正;完善考试内容与方法,选拔优秀人才;拓宽生源渠道,突出高职特色;节约考试成本,加大宣传力度。

On the basis of discussing the origin and development of modern exclusive recruit examination,it is found that there are many contradictions in the exclusive recruit examination with higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province： contradictions with limits and fairness,scientificity and autonomy,competition and credibility,cost and efficiency,demand and supply of high quality student sources.And some corresponding suggestions are put forward that are to perfect the relevant laws and regulations to strengthen the test macro guidance,set up a supervision organization to ensure fair admissions process,perfect exam content and methods to select talents,enlarge student sources and highlight the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,save test cost and increase the propaganda.
