高职院校自主招生:实践之惑与改革之思

Study on the Status of Enrollment of Higher Vocational Colleges and the Reform Countermeasures

随着高职院校自主招生试点院校日益增多,招生规模不断扩大,在招生实践中存在的问题日益显现:考生质量参差不齐、考核方式缺乏科学性、院校招生成本过高、社会认可度低、人才培养方案陈旧单一等。应从完善招生政策、建立单独招考联盟机制、拓宽自主招生宣传途径、构建多维度评价体系、调整学生评价标准等方面入手,充分发挥自主招生在人才选拔和人才培养中的积极作用。

With the growing number of the autonomy enrollment pilot projects and enrollment scale in higher vocational colleges,there are many problems in the enrollment practice,such as the uneven quality of candidates,the unscientific evaluation mode,the higher cost of enrollment,the lower social recognition,and the older and single training program,and so on.It is suggested to give full play the positive role of the autonomy enrollment in students selection and talents cultivation by establishing a guiding outline and supporting system,setting up a coalition of admission by programs,broadening the way of autonomy enrollment propaganda,constructing a multidimensional evaluation system,etc.
