广西高职高专院校分类发展的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Classification of Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangxi

广西高职高专院校普遍存在分类不清、定位不明、发展方向趋同等问题,实行分类发展是解决上述问题的重要路径。通过聚类分析,广西34所高职高专院校大致可分为三类,即:以培养"学术"技能型人才为主的学校、以培养"技术"技能型人才为主的学校、以培养"一般"高技能型人才为主的学校。下一阶段,广西高职高专院校的分类发展必须进一步明确发展定位,应坚持"内涵建设"与"外延发展"相结合的道路,继续重视提供职业技能培训与咨询服务。

There are some problems in Guangxi higher vocational colleges,such as unclear classification,unclear orientation,homogeneous development,and so on,and the classified development is an important way for solving such problems.By cluster analysis,Guangxi higher vocational colleges could be classified into three categories,namely： colleges focusing on cultivating ＂academic＂ skilled talents,colleges focusing on cultivating ＂technical＂ skilled talents,and colleges focusing on cultivating ＂general＂ skilled talents.Thereafter,the classified development of Guangxi higher vocational colleges should clarify development orientation furtherly,adhere to the combination of ＂connotation construction＂ and ＂extension development＂,and continue to lay emphasis on vocational skill training and consulting service.
