Serious acute kidney injury induced by high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy in one patient

摘要大剂量甲氨蝶呤（high—dose methotrexate，HD．MTX，〉1g·m^-2）常被用于治疗具有侵袭性的肿瘤，包括骨肉瘤、淋巴瘤和急性淋巴细胞白血病。MTX在不同患者或同一患者病程不同时期，在体内代谢和排泄过程存在着很大的差异，排泄延迟常常会造成急性肾损伤。影响患者的治疗和预后。
