摘要
阐述了难溶于水的固体氰化物在碱性氯化法破氰前溶解的安全性问题。提出用乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA-4Na·4H_2O)溶液溶解电镀氰废料的方法。考察了EDTA-4Na·4H_2O溶液的浓度、搅拌时间及NaClO存在时对氰废料溶解度的影响。给出了氰废料溶解及破氰的操作步骤。
The safety problem for dissolution of hardly water-soluble solid cyanides before their degradation by alkaline chlorination process was discussed. A method for dissolution of cyanide waste discharged from electroplating production by using tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA-4Na·4H2O) solution was presented. The effects of EDTA-4Na·4H2O concentration, agitation time and the existence of NaClO on dissolution of the cyanide waste were studied. The procedures for dissolution and degradation of cyanide waste were given.
