The intellectual property seeuritization is a new kind of low -cost financing channel to solve the problem of difficulty financing with high efficiency. Based on the feasibility of the securitization of intellectual property rights, this paper regards the financing situation of high - tech eulcrprises in Guangdong province as the research object. Aiming at the bottle- neck that high -tech industry intellectual properly securitization faces in Guangdong province, it puts forward the corre- sponding countermeasures and suggestions.
