摘要 从业主视角出发,通过对费用最低的项目群工期优化机理的分析,利用压缩关键线路上的项目或者同时压缩关键线路、非关键线路上项目的方法,分析压缩项目群工期对项目本身、关键线路、非关键线路上项目的影响,并考虑业主因项目群工期压缩而获得的收益,据此构建基于费用最低的项目群工期优化模型。结合南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程第六标项目群的工期优化,对模型进行实证分析。 Progress goal is one of the objectives of South- to- North Water Diversion Project program. How to spend the lowest cost to achieve the program' s objectives required by the contract period of the project group has become the major is- sues of large engineering decision -making. From the owner' s perspective, by analyzing the lowest cost of the project dura- tion optimization mechanism, by compressing the critical path of the project or by both compressing the critical path and non - critical items on the line, the paper analyzes the impact of the compression program duration on the project itself, the key line, and non - critical line, and considers the benefits of the owners due to compressed schedule. Accordingly optimization model is constructed based on the cost of the minimum duration of the project group, combined with the sixth bid section of South - to - North Water Diversion Jingshi emergency water supply project. Empirical analysis is made on the model. Resuits of this study can provide a reference for the owners to scientifically and reasonably carry out large - scale projects group optimization.
