摘要
利用氧化剂H_2O_2和水解剂KOH,对腈纶厂废脚料聚丙烯腈(PAN)降解、水解得到小分子量聚丙烯酸盐类稀释剂PX,PX稀释剂对钠膨润土基浆和聚合物钻井液均有较好的降粘效果和热稳定性,其加量为0.3%时,降粘率大于70%。
The low molecular weight polyacrylate as thinner PX was prepared through degradation and hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile (waste polymer from fiber spinning) by oxidant H2O2 and KOH. The PX thinner had good behaviour of decreasing viscosity and heat resistance in the bentonite mud and polymer drilling fluid. When the amount of PX added to bentowite mud and polymer drilling fluid was 0.3% , the viscosity could be decreased by 70% .
