摘要
针对江汉油田复杂的原油,研制了以聚醚改性树脂为起始剂的PO/EO双嵌段聚醚的扩链产物,即油溶性原油破乳剂DCN-Ⅱ。实验和现场应用表明,该产品对高含水原油脱水快,脱水率高,脱出污水清,用量少并有一定缓蚀作用。
The oil - soluble demulsifier DCN - Ⅱ was developed according to complicated crude oil of Jianghan Oilfield, it was a chain - extended product of PO/EO diblock polyether and was prepared using modified polyether resin as initial agent. The experiment and field application showed that the product had quicker dehydration, higher dehydration rate, clearer waste water, lower used amount, and good corrosion- inhibiting capacity.
