摘要
木醋液是一种从植物体中提取的不产生二次污染的物质。它成分复杂,可以被广泛地应用在种植业、养殖业、食品加工业以及环境保护等许多领域。木醋液以其环保可再生、对人畜无害、成本低等特点越来越受到相关研究者的关注。对木醋液应用研究与进展进行评述。
Wood vinegar with no secondary pollution substances is extracted from plant material. Its composition is complex, and can be widely used in many fields like farming, aquaculture, food processing industry and environmental protection. Wood vinegar draws attention from related research field by its characters of environmental protection and renewable, harmless to human and livestock, and low cost.
