四因素对淡水微藻的抑制效应

摘要 探讨水上培养绿色植物、水体pH值、活性炭及六价铬的添加对淡水微藻的抑制效应。结果表明,绿植可有效抑制绿藻的生长,效果不低于金属铬对绿藻的抑制;活性炭的添加对藻类的抑制并未显示出优势;水体呈酸性也会抑制微藻的生长,但这些藻类会改变水体偏向碱性。结论:较低的pH值(6)和绿植的添加(绿萝和水葫芦)以及适当铬(5mg·L^(-1))的存在可有效抑制藻类的增殖。 Study and explore the inhibitory effect on freshwater microalgae from plants of water culture, pH of the system, acticarbon, and hexavalent chromium. As the results showed, the plants could effectively inhibit the growth of green algae, and the effectiveness of plant was no less than chromium. Adding acticarbon to inhibit the growth of algae did not show superiority. Acidic water body also inhibited the growth of micro-green algae, but the algae tended to turn the water alkaline. Result: a lower pH value (6) , added plants (green dill and water hyacinth) and the appropriate chromium (Smg/L) could effectively inhibit the proliferation of the algae.
