社区治理中公众参与状况调查研究——以阜阳市颍州区鼓楼社区为例

Survey on the Status of Public Participation in Community Governance——Taking Fuyang Gulou Community in Yingzhou District as an Example

作为城市社会治理基本单位的社区折射了政府与个人、社会之间的种种关系。当代城市社区管理模式正逐步由以往的政府主导的管理模式向社区自治转型,而其中公众参与城市社区治理在"政社互动"治理过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。因此,从实证角度探讨公众参与城市社区治理中存在的问题,并对我国当代社区治理模式提出建议。

As the basic unit of social governance of urban community, it reflects the relationship among the government, individuals and society. The modern urban community management model is gradually transforming from the previous government-led management model to community autonomy, and public participation and collaborative governance in the urban community governance process play the extremely important roles. Therefore discussing public participation in urban governance from the perspective of empirical perspective and offer suggestions to the problems of contemporary community governance in China.
