风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Fengshi Gutong Wan(风湿骨痛丸) Combining Small-dose Methotrexate

目的:观察风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组口服风湿骨痛丸及小剂量甲氨蝶呤片,对照组口服常规剂量甲氨蝶呤片。2组均治疗12周。评估2组患者治疗前后关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、患者对生活能力的自我评价、患者对疾病活动性的评价、患者对关节疼痛程度的评价、医生对疾病活动性的评价、红细胞沉降率及C-反应蛋白,采用ACR标准评价临床疗效,并行2组的安全性评估。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的症状、评分、红细胞沉降率及C-反应蛋白较对照组明显改善,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床运用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Fengshi Gutong Wan （ 风湿骨痛丸 ） combined with small-dose methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Ninety cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each.The treatment group was required to orally take Fengshi Gutong Wan and small dose of Methotrexate Tablets,while the control group was treated with conventional dose of Methotrexate Tablets.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Evaluations were made for the tender joint count,swollen joint count,patients＇ self-assessment on life ability, patients＇ assessment on disease activity, patients＇ assessment on joint pain,doctors＇ assessment on disease activity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein before and after treatment.ACR standard was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.In addition,safety of the two groups was evaluated.Results：After treatment,the symptoms,scores,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were improved significantly compared with those in the control group,and the total efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group,the differences being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Fengshi Gutong Wan combined with small-dose methotrexate has an obvious clinical curative effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis without obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
