摘要
为切实推进铁路货运组织改革,构建快速反应市场变化的信息渠道,提高铁路货运营销质量,提升铁路局货运总量、铁路运量占比和整体效益,在阐述南宁铁路局货运营销工作现状的基础上,结合南宁铁路局开展的专职营销人员竞争上岗、实施营销收入分配改革、组织营销先锋竞赛等一系列实践,提出完善考核办法、推进营销工作标准化的措施,进一步促进南宁铁路局营销体系和营销队伍的发展。
In order to effectively promote the reform of railway freight transport organization,construct the information channels which rapidly reflects market change,and increase railway administration's total freight transport volume,railway transport volume ratio and overall benefits,on the basis of expounding the freight marketing status of Nanning Railway Administration,combining with a series of practices taken by the administration,such as taking up a job through competition,implementing the reform of marketing income distribution and organizing marketing competition,this paper puts forward the measures of improving assessment methods and promoting standardization of marketing works,so as to further promote the development of the marketing system and marketing teams of Nanning Railway Administration.
