摘要
考察了反应温度、水醇摩尔比、甲醇液空速对甲醇蒸汽转化制氢过程的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度280℃,水醇摩尔比1.5~2.0,甲醇液空速≤1.0 h^(-1)。并研究了该条件下甲醇蒸汽转化反应残液利用的可能性。
The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of water/methanol, and methanol space velocity on methanol steam reforming process were investigated. The optimum process conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 280 ℃, molar ratio of water/methanol 1.5 - 2.0, methanol space velocity≤ 1.0 h-1. The u-tilizing possibility of residual liquid of methanol steam reforming reaction under the optimum condition was studied.
