摘要
以苯甲酸与三氯苄为原料、路易斯酸为催化剂合成了苯甲酰氯。探讨了影响合成反应的主要因素,确定了最适宜的反应条件。实验结果表明,苯甲酸与三氯苄在三氯化铁催化剂作用下制备苯甲酰氯的方法是可行。当苯甲酸与三氯苄的摩尔比为1:1,催化剂用量(以反应物总质量计)0.25%,反应温度110℃,反应时间1 h,苯甲酰氯的收率可达94%。
Benzoyl chloride was synthesized from benzoic acid and a , a, a - trichlorotoluene using Lewis acid as catalyst. The main factors effecting reaction were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that FeCl3 was an excellent catalyst. The yield of benzoyl chloride could reach 94 % when molar ratio of benzoic to a, a , a - trichlorotoluene was 1 : 1, amount of FeCl3 was 0.25% , reacton temperature was 110 ℃, and reaction time was 1 h.
