摘要
本文介绍了几种常规下锯法,并在梯形下锯法的基础上,提出了一种异型下锯法,并将其理论出材率与常规下锯法的理论出材率进行对比分析。结果表明:异型下锯法的制材工艺,可使小径材的出材率达到79.5%,相对于常规下锯法,出材率提高了15%~20%。通过异型下锯法得到的板材,在胶拼制得集成材过程中,为减少加工工序,本文提出了新型梯形组坯技术,以提高集成材的胶合强度和产品质量。本文通过研究小径材的制材方法来提高其出材率,从而达到提高小径材利用率的目的。
Several kinds of conventional sawing methods are introduced in this paper. The allotype sawing was proposed based on the trapezoidal sawing method. Meanwhile, in comparison to the volume ratio in theory, the conventional sawing methods and allotype sawing are performed. The result showed that the allotype sawing could make the ratio reach 79.5%, increased by 15% to 20% compared with the conventional sawing methods. During the preparation for glulam by the logs with the allotype sawing method, a trapezoidal assembly technology was produced to reduce the processing and improve the bonding strength and quality of products. The sawing methods about small diameter were studied to improve the volume ratio, so as to achieve the purpose of utilization of the small diameter logs.
