Shortened bleaching process of tetelettes silk under low temperature

为使蛹衬丝绵获得蓬松柔软的手感,并提高蚕茧废弃物的利用率,研究了蛹衬丝绵的低温高效去杂和漂白技术。结果表明,将丝绸前处理助剂清棉师100T、丝绸煮练剂301与双氧水配合使用,可在75~80℃条件下,获得比传统工艺更优的漂白效果,并减少茧丝的失重。

In order to make tetelettes silk fluffy and soft, and improve the utilization of cocoon waste, the low temperature short process degumming and bleaching of tetelettes silk are studied. The results show that the bleaching efficiency of tetelettes silk treated with Scolase lOOT, scouring agent 301 and H2O2 at 75-80 ℃ can be effectively improved and the mass loss of tetelettes silk can be reduced.
