摘要
采用大黄提取液对天丝织物进行染色,通过正交试验确定了直接染色的最佳工艺条件;研究了固色剂和媒染剂对大黄染色性能的影响,优化了固色处理工艺。固色剂预处理工艺条件为:固色剂10%(omf),80℃固色处理30 min。经预处理织物的染色工艺条件为:pH值7,染色温度95℃,染色时间60 min。结果表明,固色剂的使用可以明显改善大黄色素对天丝织物的染深性和染色牢度。
Tencel fabrics are dyed with rhubarb extraction.The optimal conditions of direct dyeing process are determined by orthogonal experiments. The effects of the fixing agent and mordant on dyeing properties are studied. Finally, the conditions of the fixing process are optimized. Pretreatment is carried out at 80 ℃ for 30 min with fixing agent 10%（omf）.The dyeing condition is pH value 7, dyeing at 95 ℃ for 60 min. The results show that fixing agent can improve the color depth and color fastness of Tencel fabrics dyeing with rhubarb colorants.
