义乌市经济转型升级背景下跨境电商人才培养研究

Cross-border E-commerce Talent Cultivation under the Background of Economic Transformation and Upgrade of Yiwu

义乌作为商贸名城,近些年先是受到电子商务的冲击,最近又面临跨境电子商务带来的挑战。当前义乌对跨境电子商务人才需求巨大,但供给严重不足,并且中高级人才短缺,人才流失严重。而义乌对跨境电子商务人才的培养缺乏系统性,培训课程质量不高,缺乏统一的平台支撑。因此义乌需要在政府引导、行业带动促进跨境电子商务发展的基础上,建立政府-学校-园区-企业多维度人才培养体系为义乌应对跨境电子商务冲击,实现经济转型升级培养输送人才。

Yiwu, a famous commerce and trade city, has been successively impacted by the growth of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce in recent years. The city has now been in great demand for cross-border e-commerce talents; however, the supply is short se- riously. The high-ranking and medium-ranking talents are insufficient and the talent drain is severe. The cultivation of cross-border talent in Yiwu is unsystematic with low quality training courses and no unified support platform. As a result, Yiwu should build a muhi-dimen- tional talent training system integrating the government, colleges and industry parks on the basis of government guidance and industry ac- celeration in a way that provides talents for Yiwu in responding to the impact of cross-border e-commerce and in realizing economic transformation and upgrade.
