Its characteristics in terms ofremoving the trust, tamper-resistant, strong security and traceability could apply to prevent financial fraud, improve the efficiency of financing of SMEs and reduce the operational costs of the commercial banks inthe financial field. Our government should properlyset the rule of law and rules in the implementation of distributed books technology and set up its own technical team to deal with technological change, so as to realize the goal of regulation.
