摘要
大兴安岭地区属我国严寒地区,最低气温-40℃,冻结期长达7个月。金诚信矿业管理股份有限公司在施工大兴安岭岔路口钼铅锌矿2个千米立井中,针对大兴安岭矿区严寒气候特点,采取了一系列采暖保温技术措施,降低了设备故障率,避免了人员冻伤等影响健康安全情况出现,提高了施工效率,实现了冬季井筒正规循环连续作业,缩短了建井工期;同时保证了混凝土井壁浇筑质量,工程质量良好。
Daxing Anling Area is a freezing cold area in China with a lowest temperature of -40 ℃ and a freezing period over seven months. During the construction of two 1 000 m deep mine shafts in Daxing Anling Chalukou Molybdenum-Lead-Zinc Mine by JCHX Mining Management Company Limited, according to the freezing cold climatic features in Daxing Anling Mining Area, a series of the heating and thermal insulation technical measures were conducted, the equipment failure rate was reduced, the personnel frostbite and other health and safety influenced conditions occurred were avoided, the construction efficiency was improved, the winter regular cycle continued operation of the mine shafts were realized and the mine construction period was reduced. Meanwhile the concrete pouring quality of the mine shaft liner could be ensured and the engineering quality was excellent.
