Development and Application of New Wet Shotcreting Machine Unit

中煤第五建设有限公司徐州煤矿采掘机械厂根据现场工程实际需求,研发了一种新型湿式混凝土喷射机组。该产品无论是在生产工艺上,还是在结构设计上,都对气送转子式混凝土湿喷机作了改进,使其性能得到极大提升。相对于干喷工艺,该产品在煤矿井下施工现场喷射作业时,全尘和呼尘降尘率均在90%以上,降尘效果非常明显;同时还使混凝土回弹率由干喷的15%～50%降到了15%以下,经济效益极为可观。该机组现已定型生产。

According to the actual requirements of the site engineering,a new wet shotcreting machine unit was researched and developed. From the production technique or from the structure design, the new product had an improvement on the pneumatic conveying rotor type concrete wet shooting machine and the performances of the machine were highly improved. Relative to the dry shotcreting technique,the new product would have the dust suppression rate of the full dust and respirable dust all over 90% when the shotcreting operation conducted in the construction site of the underground mine and the dust suppression effect was very obvious. Meanwhile, the concrete rebound rate was reduced from 15%-50% of the dry shotcreting to below 15% of the wet shotcreting and the economic benefit was considerable. The new machine unit was in a stereotype production.
