摘要
输电线路的覆冰及其引起的各类冰害事故严重危害电力系统的安全运行,根据2015年11月中旬辽宁电网发生的重大冰害事故,对辽宁电网冰害事故的特点及原因进行了分析和总结,以期为提高电网的安全可靠性、增强电网防冰减灾和防止其它类似自然灾害的能力提供参考。
The transmission line Ice and its harm that bring all kinds of ice accident cause serious damage to safe operation of power system in China.According to major ice harm accident of Liaoning power network in mid-November,2015.The characteristics and the reasons of the pollution accident are analyzed and summarized.In order to improve safety and reliability of power grid,the increase of grid anti-icing and the ability prevent other similar natural disasters to provide a reference.
