摘要
以大连供电公司变电站自动化监控系统升级改造工程为背景,针对电压互感器二次回路单相断线导致测量与计量异常的问题,提出了对故障现场的回路及接线方式建立等效模型,利用PSpice软件进行模拟仿真的方法,得到电压互感器在不同的使用情况下,发生单相断线故障时的的仿真结果,与现场异常发生时的电压测量值相吻合,找到了发生电压异常的原因。并利用建立好的物理模型对故障问题进行分析,给出便于监控人员及时发现电压异常及提高测量精度的处理方法。
This paper is set in substation SCADA system's upgrade in Dalian power supply company,aimming at single-phase voltage faults of TV secondary circuits which lead to measurement problems.A method which establishes an equivalent model based on the fault circuits and the connection modes is put forward.By using PSpice software to simulate,the simulation results corresponds to the abnormal voltages,the reasons are founded out.Some methods are put forward to facilitate monitoring and improve the measurement precision.
