在运行状态下,对SF_6电气设备中SF_6气体分解物、纯度、湿度进行现场检测,在运行电压下对设备状态进行有效监测,能准确地反映设备的客观状态,及时发现设备缺陷,消除隐患,极大地提高电网的安全运行水平。文中对某变电站断路器中SF_6分解物进行测量,并对SF_6杂质产生原因进行分析,为完善SF_6的测量提供参考。

SF6 decomposition,its purity and humidity tests under running situation are carried out.The purpose of the tests is to effectively monitor equipment state,accurately reflect the objective state of equipment,timely detect equipment defects,eliminate hidden trouble and greatly improve safe operation level.SF6 decomposition of breaker in given substation is measured in this paper and the impurity reasons are researched.This paper provides a reference for improved measure.
