摘要
为了提高大面积停电情况下电网快速反应及恢复能力,全力保障辽宁电网安全稳定可靠运行,结合辽宁省内电源分布及运行实际需要,开展以太平湾电厂作为黑启动电源的可能性研究,基于PSCAD/EMTDC搭建黑启动过程电磁暂态仿真模型,针对黑启动过程中的自励磁问题、谐振问题、工频过电压、操作过电压及黑启动条件下辅机启动对电压的影响进行计算和分析,全面论证了太平湾电厂作为辽宁南部黑启动电源的可行性。
In order to improve quick response and recovery of power grid which is due to a large area blackout,combining with power distribution and operation requirement of Liaoning province,feasility study about Taiping bay power plant as black start power supply is carried out.The research is based on PSCAD/EMTDC to build the process of black start with electromagnetic transient simulation model.It is aiming for solving the issues on condition which are self-excitation,resonance,power frequency overvoltage,operating overvoltage and black start.In addition,with the condition of black start,it is essential to calculate and analyze the influence of voltage when auxiliary engine starts.This paper demonstrates the feasibility that setting Taiping bay power plant as a black start power supply in southern of Liaoning province.
