阀套类零件加工工艺的优化

摘要 结合阀套零件的工艺分析和加工技术要求,通过优化工艺方案,解决了壁厚小于2mm,长度大于110mm,圆柱度不大于0.01mm,粗糙度Ra≤0.2阀套类零件的加工难题。对同类薄壁长管状零件的加工具有指导意义,有一定的应用价值。 Based on the process analysis of typical parts and technical requirements of processing, this paper solved processing problems concerning valve sleeve parts by optimizing the process ,such as the wall thickness less than 2 mm and greater than 110 mm in length, cylindricity not greater than 0.01 mm and roughness of Ra less than or equal to 0.2. This has guiding significance to the processing of similar thin wall long tubular parts. It also has a certain application value.
