黄炎培职业教育思想对当今职业教育的启示

Enlightenment of Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Thought for Today's Vocational Education

结合黄炎培先生职业教育思想,指出当今的职业教育也要破除"职业教育之礁"现象,建立职校学生的"道路自信";摒弃中国传统文化中鄙视"动手"的陈腐观念,建立职业教育"手脑并用"、"做学合一"的基本教学原则;建立"大职业教育主义"观念,加强"校企合作"和行业协会的引领作用,加强全社会对职业教育的支持。这就是黄炎培先生职业教育思想对当今职业教育教学的启示。

Combined with getting rid of the phenomenon of＂vocational education reef＇, the establishment of vocational school students＇ ＂confidence in the way＂, eliminating the old concept of despising ＂hands on＂ in Chinese traditional culture, the basic teaching principles of ＂using both hands and brain＂ and ＂uniting doing and studying＂ in vocational education, ＂school enterprise cooperation＂ and the leading role of industry associations, ＂Macro-Vocational Education＂ and the social support of vocational education and so on, this paper briefly discusses the enlightenment of Huang Yanpei＇s thoughts of vocational education for today＇s vocational education.
