农业科技园区集聚水平对协同创新的影响效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 农业科技园区集聚水平影响协同创新的机制,一般是通过孵化效应催生创新主体,带来匹配效应推动高技术合作,产生溢出效应促进新技术扩散。利用国家级农业科技园区数据,建立联立方程实证研究。结果显示,农业科技园区集聚水平通过孵化效应、匹配效应、溢出效应对协同创新产生正向影响。其中,孵化效应最大,意味企业在协同创新中具有重要地位;匹配效应次之,反映技术交流与合作是影响协同创新重要因素;溢出效应最小,说明农业技术扩散在农业协同创新中发挥一定补充作用。提出推进园区创新环境建设,发挥企业主导作用;建立协同创新机制,推动园区农业技术创新主体合作;加强园区科技示范基地建设,促进农业技术扩散等建议促进农业协同创新。 The influence mechanism about agglomeration level of agricultural science and technology park to collaborative innovation was analyzed theoretically, meanwhile, it hastened the innovation subject through the "incubation effect", brought "matching effect" to boost high-tech cooperation, and produced "spillover effect" to promote the diffusion of new technology. Based on the data of national agricultural science and technology park, the simultaneous equations were establishedto carry on the empirical research and the results showed that the agglomeration level of agricultural science and technology park had a positive impact on collaborative innovation through the "incubation effect", the "matching effect" and the "spillover effect". Among them, the "incubation effect" was the greatest, which meant the enterprise had an important position in the collaborative innovation; the next was the "matching effect", which reflected that technological exchange and cooperation were the important factors of collaborative innovation; the "spillover effect" was the smallest and it indicated agricultural technology diffusion played a complementary role in agricultural collaborative innovation. Suggestions were provided from the aspects of promoting innovation environment of the park, playing the leading role of enterprises, establishing mechanism of collaborative innovation, boosting agricultural technology innovation cooperation, strengthening science and technology demonstration and promoting agricultural technology diffusion to promote agricultural collaborative innovation .
