EST interpretation is an indispensable part in scientific English translation. Scientific interpretation has its own characteristics, namely the interpreting content has a direct relationship with various fields, invention and creation of various subjects, scientific research and technology, technological process. In this paper, the characteristics of interpretation, the quality of interpretation, the basic skills of interpretation, listening and discrimination skills of interpretation, the skills of Simultaneous interpretation will be briefly discussed.
