摘要
为了掌握王洼二矿5号煤上分层遗煤的自燃规律,通过程序升温实验台对5号煤上分层遗煤与原始煤样的自燃特性参数进行对比研究。研究发现王洼二矿上分层遗煤的耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO_2产生率与放热强度均要大于原始煤样且120℃后更加明显,而上分层遗煤煤样特征温度及生成C_2H_4和C_2H_6气体所需温度均低于原始煤样,说明王洼二矿5号煤上分层遗煤更易发生自燃,危险性较大。
In order to grasp the coal spontaneous combustion laws of remaining coal in Wangwa No.2 Mine 5^# coal higher slice, by using programmed temperature rising test, we make a comparative study about coal spontaneous combustion characteristics of remaining coal in 5^# coal higher slice and original coal sample. The results show that oxygen consumption rate, CO production rate, CO2 production rate and limit heat releasing strength of remaining coal in 5^# coal higher slice would be higher than that of original coal sample and the tendency would be more obvious after 120 ℃, but the characteristic temperature and the required temperature of generating C2H4 and C2H6gas about remaining coal in higher slice is lower than that of the original coal sample. It illustrates that the remaining coal in 5^# coal higher slice is prone to occur spontaneous combustion with higher risk.
