摘要
级联型结构变流器在高压大功率领域得到越来越广泛的应用。该文研究一种级联相移多电平单相电压型电力有源滤波器结构,首先分析了模块单元间载波相移控制原理,其次提出了一种直流侧电容电压平衡控制方法,最后在Matlab仿真平台上搭建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该级联结构滤波器能够有效治理负载引起的谐波电流,并且保证了各模块直流侧电压稳定。
Recently, cascade converters are more widely used in high-vohage high-power fields. In this paper, an ac-tive power filter(APF)of cascade multi-level phase-shift single-phase voltage type is studied. At first, the inter-modulecarrier phase-shift control principle is analyzed. Then, a DC capacitor voltage balance control method is proposed. Atlast, a simulation model is built in Matlab platform. Simulation results show that the proposed cascade filter can effec-tively control the harmonic currents caused by load, and ensure the stable DC-side voltage of each module.
