手工夏布柔软整理工艺研究

Softening of handmade grass cloth

针对手工夏布硬挺的特点,选用酯基季铵盐柔顺剂与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂等试剂对手工夏布进行柔软整理试验。以隆昌手工夏布为试样,通过正交试验得出手工夏布的柔软整理条件。在此基础上,通过单因素试验,确定了手工夏布柔软整理的最优条件为:酯基季铵盐柔顺剂质量浓度20 g/L,渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚质量浓度2.2 g/L,浸泡时间22 min,烘干时间20 min,烘干温度118℃,其试验结果稍优于正交试验结果。经过柔软整理后,手工夏布能够更广泛地在家纺及服装领域使用。

In view of the stiffness of handmade grass cloth, ester quaternary ammonium based softener and fatty alcohol ethoxylates based penetrant are selected to soften the handmade linen. Longchang handmade linen is taken as a sample, the finishing conditions are obtained with orthogonal experiments. The optimum softening conditions are determined with further single factor tests as follows： ester quaternary ammonium softener 20 g/L, fatty alcohol ethoxylates penetrate 2.2 g/L, soaking for 22 rain, drying at 118℃ for 20 rain. The grass cloth after softening can be widely used in textile and garment field.
