TPE材料配方对其与PP骨架包覆性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 配制苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)、聚丙烯(PP)及环烷油不同质量比的热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料,通过性能测试选择最优包覆层材料,并通过二次注塑与PP骨架包覆,通过剥离实验分析了TPE材料与PP骨架的包覆性能。结果表明:对拉伸强度的影响程度为PP>环烷油>SEBS,对表面邵氏硬度的影响程度为SEBS>PP>环烷油,对材料熔体质量流动速率(MFR)的影响程度为PP>环烷油>SEBS。随着TPE熔体温度和TPE包覆层厚度的增加,两种材料间的剥离强度也相应增加,且熔体温度对材料包覆性能的影响更为显著。 The TPE material was prepared with different mass ratios of styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS), polypropylene (PP) and naphthenic oil, and the best coating material was selected by the performance test. Then the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material was coated on the PP framework through the overmolding and the coating properties of TPE material and PP framework were analyzed through the peel test. The results show that the descending order of the influence degree of tensile strength is PP, naphthenic oil and SEBS. The descending order of the influence degree of shore hardness on the surface is SEBS, PP and naphthenic oil. The descending order of the influence of melt flow rate on the material is PP, naphthenic oil and SEBS. And with the increase of TPE melt temperature and the thickness of TPE coating, the peel strength of the two materials increases correspondingly, and the effect of melt temperature on the coating properties is more significant.
