摘要
通过研究添加不同组分的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)以及不同含量的交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对电缆用聚乙烯复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能及耐环境应力开裂性能的影响。发现LLDPE、EVA含量的增加会降低电缆的拉伸强度,提高电缆的断裂伸长率。TG测试发现,DCP的加入可以提高材料的耐热性能。通过环境应力开裂测试发现LLDPE、EVA均可显著提高材料的耐环境应力开裂性能。
By studying adding different contents of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA), and different contents of the crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide (DCP) on mechanical and heat resistance properties and resistance to environmental stress cracking performance of polyethylene cable composites. It is found that with the increased of LLDPE and EVA content, the tensile strength of the cable reduces, hut the elongation at break increases. Thermo-gravimetry test results indicate that DCP can be used to improve the heat resistance of the material. By environmental stress cracking tests, the results show that LLDPE and EVA can significantly improve the environmental stress cracking resistance properties of the cable material.
