摘要
基于薄膜表面装饰工艺原理及DSGZ黏弹性本构模型的ABAQUS用户材料子程序,对鼠标外壳贴膜的工艺过程进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,薄膜的厚度最厚为0.200 4 mm,最薄为0.182 1 mm,在X方向上的最大变形量为8.01 mm,在Y方向上的最大变形量为2.939 mm。然后对模外装饰贴膜工艺参数进行DOE分析,分析结果表明,模腔的真空度、常压加压时间、高压加压时间对其厚度的标准偏差具有较大的正效应,高压加压时间对其在X、Y方向变形量的标准偏差也具有很大的正效应。
The forming process of mouse shell posting film was analyzed by simulation based on the principle of outside mold decoration ( OMD ) process and user material subroutine in ABAQUS of DSGZ model. The analysis results show that the maximum thickness of the film is 0. 200 4 mm and the rdinimum thickness is 0. 182 1 mm, the maximum deformation in X direction is 8.01 mm and it is 2 939 mm in Y direction. The process of OMD was analyzed by design of experiment (DOE). The analysis results show that vacuum degree, pre-tension time and atmospheric pressure time have large positive effect on the standard deviation of film thickness, and atmospheric pressure time has a positive effect on the standard deviation of deforming distribution in X and Y direction.
