新村沙上下游水闸优化调度运行方案研究

Study on the Operation Scheme of Sluice Operation in the Upper and Lower Reaches in Xinsha Village

崇明岛为独立水系,水资源引排调度通过沿江水闸与其相连的内河水系来完成。新村沙水域河道综合整治工程.位于崇明岛北沿,行政区划上东部隶属于江苏启东,西部隶属于江苏海门。整治工程的实施改变了本岛中北部原有的调水格局。本文结合崇明岛调水与新村沙区域现状,分析整治工程实施对调水格局变化带来的影响。提出具体区域排涝及调水方案。

Chongming Island is an independent water system,the water resources through the river gate and its connected to the river water system to complete,Village water sand river restoration project,located in the north of Chongming Island.The east administrative area belonging to the Jiangsu Qidong,the west belongs to Jiangsu haimen.the project change the original water transfer pattern in the northern part of the island.In combination with the present situation of water diversion and the Village area,analysis the impact of water change in the pattern of implementation of the renovation project,put forward specific regional drainage and water diversion scheme.
