机械力活化固硫灰固化处理含油钻屑 被引量:3

Stabilization/Solidification of Oily Cuttings with CFBC Fly Ash Activated by Means of Mechanochemistry

摘要 利用机械力化学法活化固硫灰固化降解含油钻屑,研究了不同含油钻屑掺比对固化降解效果的影响,并进一步探讨了机械力化学法对含油钻屑中有机污染物的固化降解机制。研究表明,当含油钻屑掺量为50%时,球磨后样品中的含油率为1.92%,固化体常温养护28 d抗压强度为22.70 MPa,固化体石油类浸出浓度为3.875 mg/L低于GB 8978-1996中规定的限值。XRD分析表明含油钻屑中的有机污染物以物理包裹和吸附的形式被固化于含油钻屑固化体的凝胶相中。IR分析表明机械力化学法对含油钻屑中的有机污染物有较好的降解作用。 CFBC fly ash was activated by means of mechanochemistry and it was used to stabilize/solidify oily cuttings. The effect of different ratio of oily cuttings on solidification and degradation was investigated and its mechanism was discussed.The results showed that when the content of oily drilling cuttings is 50%,the oil content of the sample is 1.92% and the compressive strength of 28 d was 22.70 MPa,the oily concentration of the solidified body is only 3.875 mg/L,which is lower than that of GB 8978-1996. The analysis of XRD showed that the organic in the oily cuttings by the form of physical wrapping was solidified in the gel phase of solidified body. The analysis of IR showed that the mechanochemical method has good degradation effect on the oil substance in oil drilling cuttings.
