摘要
为全面客观地评价钢生产技术的工艺设备及能源的环境影响,研究开发一种热轧钢产品清洁生产技术的环境综合评价方法。该方法采用热轧钢生产的生命周期过程的描述性单元指标,评价从原料到产品、从能源消耗到能源二次利用以及废物的回收利用等对环境的总体影响;采用描述性偏指数,环境影响因子和二次利用偏量来定量分析清洁生产技术对热轧生产过程的各道工序、各类物质流和能源流的影响。该方法结合物质和能源对环境的综合影响,可用于定量比较多个钢铁生产工艺过程的工艺和新产品环境友好性评价。
To objectively and comprehensively evaluate environmental impact of process,equipment and energy,a new total environmental evaluation method of clean production technology is introduced into hot rolled steel products. Using the descriptive unit indexes of the life cycle process in hot rolled steel production,the overall environmental impacts are evaluated from the materials to products,from energy consumption to secondary energy using,and waste recycling. The method takes the descriptive,partial indexes,environmental effect factors and reutilization offsets to quantitatively analyze the environmental effect of each procedure,material flows and energy flows during hot rolling production process. It is possible that quantitative comparison of several steel production processes evaluation and the environmental friendly evaluation of new products for clean production can be conducted combined with the comprehensive influence of materials and energy on the environment using this method.
