产妇分娩中发生了宫内翻的预防措施和疗效分析

目的增强对子宫内翻的认识及预防和处理方法。方法通过5例子宫内翻患者诊治经过，总结子宫内翻误诊原因、成功救治经验。结果5例患者早期1例误诊，后期4例在认识基础上及时诊断、正确处理，取得较好疗效。结论加强对子宫内翻病因的认识，及早正确诊断是成功救治的关键，更应提高助产技术，正确处理第三产程，减少子宫内翻发生。

Objective To improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of postpartum inversion of uterus.Methods 5 case of postpartum inversion of uterus in our hospital were analyzed, to summarize the misdiagnosis reasons and experiences of successful treatment. Results 1 of the 5 cases was misdiagnosis, the following 4 cases were diagnosed and treated correctly on the basis of knowledge, and achieved good results. Conclusions To strengthen the understanding of postpartum inversion of uterus and timely diagnosis is the key of successful treatment, and we should improve the midwifery technology, the correct treatment of the third stage of labor to reduce the occurrence of postpartum inversion of uterus.
