摘要
目的观察对比重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)与红外线照射促进伤口愈合的临床疗效。方法286例皮肤创伤经清创术后随机分为两组,A组每日使用rhEGF治疗,B组每日进行红外线照射治疗,观察创面愈合时间、创面愈合质量、瘢痕增生情况。结果A组创面愈合时间(6.76±1.83)d较B组(7.52±1.61)d缩短,A组愈合良好率88.1%高于B组的72.7%,A组瘢痕组织增生发生率2.1%低于B组的7.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论rhEGF治疗与红外照射治疗相比能缩短皮肤创伤的愈合时间,提高创面愈合质量,减少瘢痕增生,有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor ( rhEGF ) and infrared irradiation on wound healing. Method 286 cases of skin wound after debridement were randomly divided into two groups: group A were daily given recombinant human epidermal growth factor ( rhEGF ) treatment, while group B received daily infrared irradiation treatment, observed the time of wound healing, the quality of wound healing and scar hyperplasia. Results The wound healing time in group A was shorter than that in group B, the quality of wound healing was improved, the incidence of scar hyperplasia was decreased, and significantly statistical differences could be found ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions Study results indicate that recombinant human epidermal growth factor ( rhEGF ) treatment can shorten the healing time of skin trauma, improve the quality of wound healing and reduce sear hyperplasia. So it absolutely has important clinical application value.
