局部麻醉下急诊行老年腹股沟嵌顿疝术可行性分析

目的探讨老年腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊在局部麻醉（简称局麻）下行无张力疝修补术的可行性及治疗效果。方法对2012年5月至2016年3月〉65岁的32例老年腹股沟嵌顿疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例患者手术均顺利成功，手术用时37-90min，平均54min。术后2例轻度切口区疼痛，1例阴囊水肿，无明显血肿、尿潴留等并发症。随访3-24个月，无复发，疗效满意。结论对老年腹股沟疝嵌顿患者，选择局麻下行急诊无张力疝修补术是一种安全理想可行的方式。

Objective To explore the fesibility of emergency tension-free repair to inguinal incarcerated hernia under local anaesthesia in eldly patients. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with inguinal incarcerated hernia treated with emergency tension-free mesh repair under local anaesthesia between may 2012-march 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Surgeries were successful in all 32 patients. The operation time was 37-90min and the mean time was 54 min, 2 cases with mild incision pain postoperation, 1 with scrotal hydroceie and no obvious wound hematoma, no urinary retention et al. All patients were followed up 3 to 24 months and no recurrence. Conclusion Application of emergency tension-free repair to inguinal incarcerated hernia under local anaesthesia in eldly patients is an effective method.
