防粘连液联合护理模式在预防妇科腹腔镜术后粘连的作用

目的观察透明质酸钠防粘连液联合护理模式干预时腹腔镜手术后粘连的预防作用。方法选择2013年1月至2016年1月间行腹腔镜手术的患者300例，平均分为对照组和观察组。随访记录两组术后通气排便时间、并发症、B超检查结果等。结果观察组术后平均通气排便时间为（18．7±5．6）h，低于对照组的（31．7±6．2）h术后1个月观察组复查B超检查阳性2倒（1．33％），妇科检查阳性3例（2．00％），对照组B超检查阳性17例（11．33％），妇科检查阳性19例（12．67％），观察组B超和妇科检查阳性率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组术后随访期间，腹痛12例（8．00％），月经异常7例（4．67％）少于对照组的31例（20．67％）和18例（12．00％），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论防粘连液联合护理模式干预预防妇科腹腔镜术后粘连效果明显，适宜在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of new nursing model combined with hyaluronic acid in preventing post-surgery adhesion of laparoscopic surgery. Methods From Jan 2013 to Jan 2016, 300 patients with laparoscopie surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into observed group and control group.They were followed up and recorded the recovery time 9fintestinal function, complications, ultrasound examination results and so on. Results The observation group postoperative ventilation and defecation average time was （ 18.7 ± 5.6 ） h, lower than that of the control group with （ 31.7 ± 6.2 ） h; group B ultrasound examination was positive in 2 patients 1 months postoperatively （ 1.33% ） , gynecological examination was positive in 3 cases （ 2% ） , group B ultrasound examination was positive in 17 cases （ 11.33% ） gynecological examination, 19 cases were positive （ 12.67% ） , the observation group B ultrasound and gynecological examination positive rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The patients in the observation group during the follow-up period, 12 cases of abdominal pain （ 8% ） , 7 cases of abnormal menstruation （ 4.67% ） less than 31 cases in the control group （ 20.67% ） and 18 cases （ 12% ） ; the patients in the observation group during the follow-up period, 12 cases of abdominal pain （ 8% ） , 7 cases of abnormal menstruation （ 4.67% ） less than 31 cases （ 20.67% ） and 18 cases （ 12% ） in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion In gynecological laparoscopic surgery, the new nursing model combined with hyaluronic acid have a obvious effect in preventing post-surgery adhesion.It is suitable for clinical application.
